Our GROW (Guided Real-World Opportunities in Work) Internship Program is a paid internship that offers hands-on, real-world experience in the agricultural industry for the summer of 2026. This program is designed for students who want to develop practical skills in agronomy or grain merchandising, with personalized learning opportunities and support from experienced professionals.

INTERNSHIPS

Agronomy Sales Internship
Location: Fairview, MT
Work closely with our agronomy team to learn about crop production, precision agriculture, and sales. Gain practical experience advising farmers on crop management and agricultural best practices.

Program Overview

Duration: Summer 2026 (12 weeks)
Application Deadline: April 04, 2026

What You Will Learn

Each internship is designed to immerse you in real-world work experiences within the agricultural sector:

Agronomy Sales Internship: Learn the core functions of crop production, precision farming, and how to build strong relationships with farmers.

Capstone Project

As part of the GROW Internship Program, you will complete a Capstone Project focused on marketing the internship program for future participants. You and your fellow interns will collaborate to develop a marketing plan and create promotional materials that attract the next generation of GROW interns.

Mentorship and Career Development

We believe in investing in our future leaders. Throughout the internship, you’ll be paired with a seasoned mentor who will provide guidance and support to help you succeed. You will also have access to training resources and development opportunities to further your growth within your focus area.
